THE GUARDIAN STORY
Liverpool Site - In the beginning
The origin of Guardian was a business trading as Graham G. Tomkins Timber Agent in 1958. In 1960 the business relocated to Orange Grove Road, Liverpool - in fact, the first industrial undertaking in that road - and the original factory building of timber was still standing until the year 2001. Within 2 years of commencement the indigenous timber agency was the largest of its type in Australia.
ARNDELL PARK - NOW
From Liverpool we moved to Minto, Wetherill Park, Penrith and in 2014 we moved to ARNDELL PARK. We continue to have our research & development on acreage however our sales office at Arndell Park works well with our customers, suppliers & staff.
GUARDIAN became the first Hebel Distributor in 1995 and in 2005 we became the first Hebel Distributor to install Hebel. In 2006 we offered customers a complete package “Hebel, Installation & Texture” and now offer framing. Ask our Estimators for a quote and you will be surprised! At GUARDIAN we make improvements on a regular basis and we are supported by CSR Hebel & their staff.
